Email verification:

If you receive an email with payment instructions, please make sure that the sender’s email address exactly matches those you have received from us before. Please note that small changes, such as replacing the letter ‘O’ with the number ‘0’, are common fraud techniques.

Confirmation of changes to bank details:

Should you receive a notification about a change in our bank accounts or financial details, DO NOT make any payments until you have confirmed the validity of the information at least by a further email to your usual contact at Herogra Group and also by a phone call to the usual contact person.

It is vital that this double check is ALWAYS carried out to prevent any fraud attempt. Failure to do so could result in significant financial loss.

Liability in case of non-compliance:

In the event that these procedures are not followed and a payment is made to an unauthorised account, Herogra Group will not be liable for loss of funds nor will such payment be considered valid for settlement of debts owed to our company.

Updating of authorised contacts:

To ensure smooth and secure communication, we ask that you officially provide us with the email addresses and names of authorised representatives of your company to receive our invoices and other financial documents.
